I like to make special memories for every client!

I am Glenn, I took up photography 1985. It all started as a hobby when I was in the Royal Air Force. I started Blue Ribbon Photos/Discount Photography in 2011 and enjoy every moment of my job, I am based in Wythenshawe but am always happy to travel to different locations.

I want you to enjoy your special occasion, whether it be a wedding, your portrait session, your event, your passport photo even! Most important of all, I want you to enjoy your photographs forever!

At weddings, apart from the staged, posed shots you ask me to take, I will stay as unobtrusive as possible. You’ll see from the photos in the galleries that people are being themselves, enjoying the day. Most won’t even know they’ve had their photograph taken! As a result, your wedding & event photographs will look natural.

Your time in the studio for a portrait session isn’t limited to a set time. If we have to wait for a child to get used to the studio, or baby to have a nap, so be it! We’ll have a tea or coffee whilst we wait!

Being good with children helps me to make them at ease. I let them have a play first. They can dress up or play with the props. When they’re ready, I’ll take some photographs. This approach pays dividends when you see their smiling faces on the resulting photographs!
